Biography
Nicole Allen is a hospitality executive and transformational leader with more than 20 years of experience across contract foodservice, catering, events, workforce strategy, and large-scale hospitality operations.
She will lead RTG's contract feeding, events, and hospitality platform, bringing deep institutional experience across healthcare, higher education, sports and entertainment, business and industry, airport operations, and corporate dining.
Nicole spent more than two decades with Compass Group USA and Restaurant Associates, where she held senior leadership roles spanning finance, catering and event sales, general management, staffing services, and operations.
As Vice President of Operations for BenchConnect, Compass Group USA's contingent labor platform, she managed $25 million in labor volume, supported deployment of 4,000 associates across six states, and helped operating companies meet real-time labor needs with compliant, scalable workforce solutions.
Nicole holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College.
